Pre-booking agreement for funished apartment

1. General provisions
Under no circumstances shall the tenant be entitled to remain in the property after the period initially stipulated in this agreement
2. Use of the property
The tenant shall use the rented property in a peaceful and considerate manner suitable to the purpose for which it is intended.
Third parties shall not benefit from this rental agreement.
The owner shall provide the chalet in accordance with the description given and be responsible for its proper maintenance.
3. Number of occupants
In the event that more people stay in the chalet than the number stipulated in the contract, the owner and the tenant shall agree on the fee to account for the additional occupants.
4. Pets
Pets (dogs, cats, cheetahs, elephants, camels, etc.) are allowed under certain conditions. Please contact us in advance for details.
5. Inventory
An inventory of fixtures and furniture shall be carried out at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner (or representative thereof) and the tenant, and signed by both parties.
6. Payment
The deposit payable is 30% of the rental fee. The reservation shall only become effective upon receipt of this agreement and the deposit within the period stipulated on the previous page.
7. The remainder of the rental fee is payable on arrival.
8. Early departure
If the tenant leaves before the end of the agreed rental period, through no responsibility of the owner, he or she shall not be entitled to a refund.
9. Cancellation conditions
Reservations may be cancelled in writing, either by registered mail or by telegram, before the beginning of the agreed rental period. As a general rule, the owner keeps the deposit; however, the deposit may be returned in the event that another tenant is found to rent the property for the same period and price.
If the tenant does not arrive within 24 hours of the beginning of the agreed rental period, and fails to notify the owner: this agreement is cancelled and the owner keeps the deposit, and the property remains at the owner’s disposal.
If the owner cancels the rental agreement, the tenant shall be refunded double the amount of the deposit.
